Mayor Fouts provides residents with a hotline to report blight


    Warren Mayor Jim Fouts has established a telephone hotline for reporting vacant, dilapidated buildings in the city. The hotline number is 586-574-4662.
    Fouts, who made cleaning up neighborhood eyesores a major campaign issue in the November 6 mayoral election, said the reported buildings will be inspected for demolition following the city's nuisance abatement ordinance schedule.
