Warning - IT'S A SCAM - Please Read the Following
The City of Warren has learned of a scam targeting the customers of utility companies. The information we have received states that people are being advised that President Obama has approved funds for the payment of water bills. It's a scam! The bank account numbers being provided are invalid and payments will be returned to you as NSF/delinquent. Use only your account and routing numbers.
