Brownfield Redevelopment Authority
The City of Warren established the Warren Brownfield Redevelopment Authority under the State of Michigan Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act of 1996. The Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, through its Board of Directors, administers federal funds granted to the City of Warren for the purchase, redevelopment and return of Brownfield properties to productive reuse. The Brownfield Authority board holds public meetings in City Hall as needed.
