CERTThe City of Warren Crime Commission and the Warren Police Department encourage all Warren residents to apply for a position on the Citizen Emergency Response Team.

Through proper training and preparedness, CERT will be instrumental in assisting our professional emergency personnel in the event of an emergency situation.

CERT members will be trained and certified in Red Cross CPR, First Aid, Blood borne Pathogens, Hazardous Material spills, Traffic Control, and other ancillary operations that will free up regular professional emergency personnel to expedite a return to normal conditions.
