Commissioner Jere Green
Commissioner Jere Green has been with the Warren Police Department for 30 years. He is a lifelong resident of Warren. He attended Warren Mott High School and receved a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. He is a 2001 graduate of the FBI National Academy.
Commissioner Jere Green is an active member of the of the Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police, serves as Trustee on the Police Athletic League Board of Directors and has served 15 years on the Warren Woods School Board, currently as president.
Captain Scott Pavlik
Captain Scott Pavlik has served 22 years with the Warren Police Department. During that time he has worked in Patrol, Community Policing, Police Athletic League (PAL), Special Response Team (SRT), Honor Guard, Field Training Program, Criminal Investigations, Special Investigations (Narcotics), and Emergency Management. Before Warren he served for three years with the Macomb County Sheriff Department as a Corrections Officer. Captain Pavlik holds an Associate Degree from Macomb Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Detroit and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
Currently Captain Pavlik supervises the Patrol Services Bureau which consists of all uniform personnel. Within Patrol Bureau his daily responsibilities include operations of Road Patrol Officers and Supervisors, Special Response Team (SRT), Hostage Negotiation Team, Honor Guard, Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE), Police Explorers, Police Athletic League (PAL), Mobile Mini Station, Community Police Coordinators, Canine (K-9) Officers, Evidence Technicians, Patrol Support Officers (Traffic), Animal Control, and Detention (Jail).
