Senior Health Care Commission

 

The Next Senior Health Seminar is Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2019 at St. Faustina's - Religious Education Entrance 11:30 a.m.  

 

About us: The Warren Senior Citizen Health Care Service Commission was created to assist and advise the Senior Citizens of the City of Warren, regarding Health Care issues.

The commission is comprised of twelve members. The members of the commission shall be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by City Council. Five (5) members shall be Warren senior citizens, six (6) members shall be representatives from health care organizations with varied backgrounds and one (1) member shall be an employee of the City of Warren.

The commission hosts four events a year. The four events include three educational seminars based on a topic picked by Warren Seniors and a holiday party in December. Events are held from 11:30 a.m. with a speaker at 12:30 p.m. Information for seniors from various health providers and businesses is available at each event. Seniors welcome, registration is not necessary.
