City of Warren – Parks and Recreation Plan 2027 – 2031

The City of Warren is currently developing an updated Community Parks and Recreation Plan! This plan will guide the future of the City’s parks, open spaces, and recreational facilities. Through the planning process, the team will evaluate existing assets, identify gaps, gather community and stakeholder feedback, and consider future needs to create a roadmap for the next five years. Through this effort, Warren aims to strengthen community spaces and support a more vibrant, inclusive, and resilient city, enhancing quality of life for everyone who lives, works, and plays here.
