COVID-19 Testing At Warren City Hall

MANDATORY: Please text WH Cares to 483-55 so that you can complete your pre-intake form prior to arriving to the test site. If you do not have a cell phone, one of our testing team members will help you with the form the day of your test.

We are now offering mobile COVID-19 testing to seniors and other interested Warren residents. We are currently offering ONLY nasal swab testing.

Please note, due to limited testing supplies, there are 200 available spots. If you do not have a cell phone, a test team member will help you before your test.

Reservation Steps

1. Please chose an available day (Only DAYS where testing is still available can be chosen)
2. Please choose an available time (Only TIMES where testing is still available can be chosen)
3. Please complete the form with the type of test and your contact information
4. Please click Submit.
