Downtown Development Authority (DDA)

The City of Warren established the Warren DDA in 1993 under the State of Michigan Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Act of 1975. The DDA generally covers the portion of Warren from I-696 north to Fourteen Mile Road, between Ryan Road and Hoover Road. A Board of Directors administers the DDA and holds public meetings on the first Wednesday of each month in the Conference Center of the City Hall Atrium.
