Warren CAN provides residents with important notifications directly to their phones, email, or other preferred devices regarding emergencies, severe weather, road closures, public safety concerns, water main breaks, community updates, and other time-sensitive information that may impact the community. This system will enable the City of Warren’s Police, Fire, Emergency Management, and Communications Departments to share information with residents quickly.
