An Important Note About Rubbish Receptacles

At a regular meeting of the City Council held Tuesday, September 10, 2019, Council made the formal motion to approve a Proposed Ordinance to amend waste receptacles; Appendix A, Zoning Article IV, of the Code of Ordinances, section 4.12 of the City of Warren. There was an amendment to the first paragraph, last sentence to read: “Rubbish Receptacles may be stored on the side or rear yard as long as they are out of sight, covered or partially shielded from view of the general public.”
