Due to the amount of snow accumulated on the residential streets, the City of Warren Road Department will be plowing all of the streets in the city. To expedite this process, a snow emergency has been declared. All vehicles must be removed from the city streets. Once your street has been plowed, you may park your vehicles on the street as necessary.

Construction Board of Appeals

The Construction Board of Appeals consists of five members appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation of City Council. The Board serves a three year term and is vested with all powers prescribed to it by the State of Michigan Construction Code (Act 230 of 1972, as amended) which was adopted by reference by the City of Warren through the Warren Code of Ordinances. (Chapter 9, Article 2, Division 1)

The Board was established for the purpose of providing relief from the Code where there are practical difficulties and unnecessary hardships. The Board is required to hear, review, and decide any appeals from any order, action, decision or determination made by an administrative official under the provisions of the Building Code.
