Artifacts from the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History will be on display for the first time outside the museum at Warren’s First Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Observation from noon – 1 p.m. Monday, January 20 at Warren City Hall.
Warren Mayor Jim Fouts also announced that a portrait of Dr. King will be presented for permanent display at city hall by Life Application Ministries Christian Church in Warren.
The event will also honor Nelson Mandela.
The public, including non-residents of Warren, is invited at no charge.
