TOO MANY TOMATOES – CANNING BASICS

Join the Maybelle Burnette Branch Library to learn what to do with your bounty of tomatoes on Tuesday, September 9, at 6:00 pm. MSU Extension Food Safety Educator, Sophia Zollner, will explain how to preserve tomatoes to enjoy year round, as well as show canning equipment and talk about canning and food safety topics.
