Healthy Macomb 2022 Community Survey

MCHD and its partners on Healthy Macomb – a coalition of twenty agencies committed to improving the health and wellness of Macomb County – are working together on a comprehensive Community Health Assessment (CHA).

The CHA includes a community survey in which we ask those who live, work, or play in Macomb County to identify health priorities and social, environmental, or economic issues they feel are most important. It is available digitally and takes roughly 5-8 minutes to complete.
