Purchase City-Owned Property

Please fill out this form to express your interest in Warren-owned land! It is beneficial for you to know, at the least, the address or parcel number of the land you are interested in, along with your intended use of said property.

Please see this map to view Warren-owned vacant property. It is important to note that a property’s inclusion on the vacant map does not guarantee its availability. Additionally, properties may move on or off of the pending list at any time.

We will review your application, and if the land is available and your application is accepted, we will forward your submission internally. The property will be placed in pending status, and you will be contacted. If we do not hear back within a reasonable period, the property will be removed from the pending list.

Please note that this entire process will take some time, as multiple departments are involved, and we need to complete the process in a thorough way, with all necessary paperwork.
