March 2023 Citizen of the Month

Shelley Sowirka is there to help her elderly neighbors by shoveling snow, cutting branches, yard clean up, and anything that is needed. She goes to their houses to check on them. Shelley wants to give of herself now when she is able to help people and hopes when or if the time comes that she would need help someone would help her and/or her husband
