Warren City Hall will be lit in light blue lights tonight, Monday, Sept. 18 from dusk until dawn Tuesday, Sept. 19 to bring public attention to Pitt Hopkins Syndrome.
Pitt-Hopkins Syndrome is a condition characterized by intellectual disability and developmental delay, breathing problems, recurrent seizures (epilepsy), and distinctive facial features.

Mayor Fouts issued a proclamation and has directed that city hall be lit up to bring awareness.
Research continues on Pitt Hopkins, please spread the word and donate: https://pitthopkins.org/donate/
Please see this Proclamation for details.
Sincerely,
Mayor James R. Fouts
