Mayor Stone Announces Two New Leadership Appointments
Warren, MI (Feb. 5, 2024) – Warren Mayor Lori M. Stone has announced two new leadership appointments.
David Muzzarelli has been promoted to Director of Public Service. Starting his nearly 30-year career in the Warren Sanitation Department, Muzzarelli has spent the last four years as the Building Maintenance Superintendent. He was most recently promoted to Building and Grounds Superintendent. Muzzarelli has served as an elected union officer and demonstrates strong organizational and leadership skills. He was born and raised in Warren and is a proud graduate from C.S. Mott High school.
Scott Raedel has been promoted to Public Works Superintendent. Raedel has worked for the City of Warren for over 30 years – 27 years in the Department of Public Works as a road worker and foreman, and three years in the Sanitation Department. Raedel was born and raised in Warren. He is a proud graduate of Mott High School and Oakland University.
