Due to flooding, the pool at the Warren Community Center will be closed until further notice. The remainder of the community center is open.

Warren, MI (March 12, 2024) – Warren Mayor Lori M. Stone has announced three new appointments. The following individuals have been appointed to positions within the city:
Olu Jabari – Community Outreach Director: Warren resident Olu Jabari has over 25 years of community outreach experience in collaborating and organizing community and state-wide partnerships. Jabari is the former state director of Civic360, and led a team in building the framework for Democracy for Michigan, a Non-Partisan organization that promotes civic engagement and voter education. Jabari is skilled in staff training, managing, and strategic planning.
Ayasha Bahar – Administrator Coordinator: Appointed to the position of Administrator Coordinator for the Mayor’s Office, Ayasha Bahar is a Warren resident of over 10 years. Bahar is a graduate of Warren Mott High School and attended Macomb Community College. Bahar has more than six years experience in customer assistance. She is passionate about helping people. A mom of two, Bahar chose to put down roots and raise her family in Warren.
Jeff Reeves – Building Maintenance Superintendent: Mr. Reeves has worked for the City of Warren for over 15 years. Reeves held positions in Warren’s Sanitation, Water, and Building Maintenance departments. He is skilled in construction, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grass cutting and snow removal, garbage pickup, and curbside recycling, as well as maintenance of water and sewer line appurtenances.
