NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN to you that a public hearing has been scheduled and will be held by the City Council for the City of Warren in connection with the following petition to rezone land in your neighborhood:

Part of the Southeast quarter of Section 31, T.1N, R.12E, City of Warren, Macomb County, Michigan, being described as:

Lot 3 of “Supervisor’s Plat of Schmidts Ryan Road Small Farms” as recorded in Liber 20 of Plats Page 28 of Macomb County Records. Subject to any and all easements and rights of way of record or otherwise.

be rezoned from its present zoning classification “R-1-P”, One-Family Residential District and Parking District to M-1, Light Industrial District.
