Due to flooding, the pool at the Warren Community Center will be closed until further notice. The remainder of the community center is open.
Red Run Drain Invasive Species Treatment Notification
Upcoming invasive plant treatment along the Red Run Drain and surrounding areas, starting on,Wednesday, May 3rd, and continuing on Thursday, May 4th. The target species for this round of spraying will be Poison Hemlock, Bull and Canada Thistle, and Garlic Mustard. All target plants will be foliar sprayed with AquaNeat (Glyphosate) and a Cygnet Plus surfactant. A blue dye (PLM Blue) will be added to our tank mix to mark the treated plants. Bright yellow signs will also be placed just outside of the treatment area boundaries to notify the public of any usage restrictions.
