WARREN CITY HALL LIGHTS UP FOR DYSLEXIA AND RED RIBBON WEEK TONIGHT

I have directed that Warren City Hall will be lit up in red tonight to bring public awareness to Red Ribbon Week and Dyslexia awareness month. City Hall will be lit up from dusk tonight, Wednesday, October 25, 2023 until dawn tomorrow morning Thursday, October 26, 2023.
