WARREN CITY HALL LIGHTS UP FOR DYSLEXIA AND RED RIBBON WEEK TONIGHT

Warren City Hall will be lit up in red tonight to bring public awareness to Red Ribbon Week and Dyslexia awareness month. City hall will be lit up from dusk tonight, Monday, October 26, 2020 until dawn tomorrow morning Tuesday, October 27, 2020.
