Each year I deliver a report on the state of the city to guests and community leaders highlighting my administrations work to move the community forward. This year, I worked with leaders in the Ukrainian Community in Warren to direct all net proceeds from the event to support relief efforts for those impacted by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The event is sold out and no further tickets are available.
The event also coincides with the National Day of Prayer. Members of the clergy will be in attendance and will lead participants in prayers of Thanksgiving for all the blessings we receive in our great nation, an end to the conflict in Ukraine, and ask God’s protection for those in harm’s way.
My address will focus on the many great things my administration is spearheading in Warren including:
I will offer 10 goals for the coming year for the council that I hope will improve the relationship and turn the focus away from political games, and toward efforts to improve the community.
I am looking forward to once again reporting on the state of our city. The state of our city is strong due to the great people and businesses that make up our community. The heart of Warren is made clear in the outpouring of support for this sold-out event in which we are raising funds to support relief efforts in Ukraine. Ukrainian-Americans make up a vital part of our community and it has been my honor to work with them for many years, particularly on this event in which we are doing our part to support those in need.
Ours is a great city, and I’m excited to deliver a report on all of the progress we’ve made over the last year, and share our ideas for the bright future ahead
