Warren Senior Housing’s vision is to create a better everyday life for Warren and local-area seniors. We are committed to developing, managing, and maintaining quality affordable, and independent senior housing.
Located just Southwest of Eleven Mile and Hoover, Warren Senior Housing offers clean, safe, affordable housing options for individuals sixty (60) years of age, and older. We offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with direct walking access to restaurants, retail, and grocery stores.
Warren Senior Housing is home to two (2) affordable, independent senior housing facilities: Joseph Coach Manor and Stilwell Manor.
Warren Senior Housing residents have access to:
- On-site recreational activities such as bingo, music, game night, prayer services, bible studies, and card games.
- Resident libraries, computer room, exercise room, and activity center.
- SMART Connector bus offering site-to-site bus service within Warren city limits.
- On-site management and maintenance.
- 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
