Tom White is a long-term resident of Warren. He just recently retired (for the last time), Tom is in his late 80’s. He likes to talk about Warren and all the happenings; new businesses and news, etc. He is very loyal to Warren and Warren businesses and shares all his knowledge with the neighbors and keeps us all informed.
