Dear Warren Resident:
“The City That Cares.” This is how I want the residents of Warren to feel about the services the city provides. Warren offers a wide variety of services to our residents ranging from issuing birth certificates and dog licenses to parks and recreation and library activities.
To make it easier for Warren residents to access more information and city services and to show we do care, the city’s website has been redesigned. This new website enables you to get information with two clicks. Residents can access any city department quickly. No delays or a number of confusing clicks. A special thanks goes to the City Communications Department, and Information Systems Manager, and their creative staff for developing this convenient website.
This new website reflects my administration’s goal of bringing city government services closer to Warren residents. When I became mayor I instructed city employees to be courteous and responsive to anyone who contacted city hall. So far, I am happy to report that city employees have reacted positively to my directive.
My philosophy is “We work for Warren taxpayers.”
If you have any questions, suggestions, or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please be sure to leave a valid daytime phone number, along with any other contact information, which might be helpful to us in returning your message. My door is always open to you.
James R. Fouts
Mayor of Warren
