Bob VanDosen is a loving and devoted husband of 29 years who has stepped up beyond expected measures to become a caretaker for his wife when she fell ill in 2017. She had contracted a disease that left her in a coma for two weeks and later caused health issues that pushed him into learning how to change bandage wounds, make and attend many different types of medical appointments, monitor medication, helped her learn how to walk again, and become the sole provider and homemaker while being a father to three young adults. During all of this, Bob was a supervisor at his place of work, and managed to continue his career and mend his wife back to health over the last six years. While Bob still gives care for his wife, she has become stronger and less dependent on him, but he continues to step up and provide for all her needs. He is truly a man everyone can depend on and has a pure heart that is always willing to lend a helping hand.
