Condition: Dilapidated two story house (1215 sq. ft.) with possible crawl no basement. Garage 560 sq. ft., two hard side campers, 1 F-150 Truck, 1 Chrysler LaBaron, 12 ft. side gate, 6 ft. wood privacy fencing attached to gate, 50 ft. of 6 ft. wood privacy fence at front facing the street.
In order to provide an appeal from the decision and order of the Hearing Officer, the Nuisance Abatement Board of Appeals has scheduled a public appeal hearing. This hearing will be held as follows:
