The Council of the City of Warren has adopted resolutions declaring that a nuisance existed upon the following described property:

PARCEL NO. 13-36-376-004, also known as 20975 Wellington, LOT 77 –SUPERVISOR’S PLAT OF HEATH’S FAIRVIEW SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Liber 19, Page(s) 36 of Plats Macomb County Records.

NUISANCE: Dilapidated vacant home one story 669 square feet with crawl space. Garage 14 ft. x 20 ft. Remove two wood laminated beams in rear yard and 6 ft. of 4 ft. chain link fence at the north.
