The Council of the City of Warren has adopted resolutions declaring that a nuisance existed upon the following described property:

PARCEL NO. 13-34-182-019, also known as 8746 Packard, LOT 2291 –PIPER’S VAN DYKE SUBDIVISION NO. 8, as recorded in Liber 6, Page(s) 82 of Plats Macomb County Records.

NUISANCE: Dilapidated, vacant home (1195 square feet), with crawl space and metal siding. Garage 280 square feet. Remove 158 ft. of 6 ft. wood privacy fence 8 ft. x 8 ft. detached hot tub in rear yard. Remove large dead tree marked, debris in the garage. Remove 6 ft. clothes line.
