PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT a Public Hearing shall be held before the City Council of the City of Warren on the 8thday of October, 2019at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in the Warren Community Center Auditorium, 5460 Arden, Warren, Michigan 48092, on a Brownfield Plan for the City of Warren, within which the Authority shall exercise its powers, all pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, being Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended.
