TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the minutes have been taken and may be disclosed if required by civil action.
This Notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 4(a), (b), and Section 5(1), (4), and Section 9(2) of Act 267 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1976.
