Children are invited to stop by their favorite Warren Public Library branch to pick up a free book during the month of April for Smart Money Michigan.
Starting April 1st, children can receive a free copy of “Owl and Otter and the Big Yard Sale!” courtesy of Michigan Financial Wellness Network’s Smart Money of MI. (While supplies last, child must be present.)
Children ages 3-9 can also register for a special Owl and Otter-themed storytime on Wednesday, April 26, at 6:00 pm at the Civic Center Library.
