WARREN CITY HALL LIGHTING UP FOR UKRAINE AGAIN TONIGHT

We will be displaying the Ukraine flag colors of blue and yellow again tonight at Warren City Hall. I’m very impressed with the fortitude and resolve of the people of Ukraine in their strong resistance to the evil empire of Putin. It’s also disturbing that Putin has put his nuclear forces on high alert. Makes me wonder if Russia is now being governed by Dr. Strangelove?
