Wednesday, August 31, 2022, the city of Warren joins people across America in observing the 22nd International Overdose Awareness Day. Warren City Hall will be lit from dusk August 31 until dawn September 1 in purple and silver/white.
International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD) is about remembering loved ones lost and acknowledging the grief of family and friends left behind.
It is also about taking real action to save lives, the cause is more important than ever now. The evidence is clear – COVID-19 has led to increased overdose deaths in the United States.
