CITY OF WARREN BIDS, QUOTES, AND PROPOSAL OPPORTUNITIES

Dear Prospective Vendor:

The City of Warren Purchasing Division is pleased to announce that the City utilizes one central bid notification system, servicing all departments of the City of Warren, through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) Purchasing Cooperative to publish bids, quotes, and proposal opportunities.  The City of Warren is a founding member of the MITN Cooperative.

Created in conjunction with BidNet®, this system is used by Warren and several other Michigan agencies to post Bids, Quotes, Requests for Proposals, Addenda, and Tabulations. This centralized system offers vendors a single point of contact and broader access to new business opportunities throughout our region.

This system is commonly referred to BidNet®, MITN, or BidNet® (MITN).

Quotes, Bids, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) can be found by registering on the BidNet® system. Quotes, Bids, and RFPs require an electronic bid submitted directly via the BidNet® system.
