Where do I apply for a dog license?

Dog licenses are obtained from the Clerk’s Office on the 2nd floor of City Hall.

In order to obtain a dog license, you need to show certificate of rabies vaccination. A 1 year tag and a 3 year tag may be purchased based on when the rabies vaccination expires. A one year tag is .00 and a three year tag is .00.

The Mayor’s Office provides a welcome package to all new Warren residents. This package includes a city map, a city calendar, an important phone numbers card, an events card and much more. To pick up your package, please visit our office which is located on the second floor of City Hall.
