The Council of the City of Warren has adopted resolutions declaring that a nuisance existed upon the following described property:

PARCEL NO. 13-34-102-021, also known as 8061 Maxwell, LOT 77 – PIPER’S FIRST VAN DYKE FARMS SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Liber 3, Page 93 of Plats, Macomb County Records.
