NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing has been scheduled and will be held by the City Council of the City of Warren in connection with the petitioner’s request for a SPECIAL LAND USE AND SITE PLAN approval for a new 24 hour fitness center club, a new drive thru restaurant and truck dock removal for the following described property: Land in the City of Warren, Macomb County, described as: A parcel of land located on the south side of Fourteen Mile Road and the east side of Schoenherr Road; 13700 Fourteen Mile; Section 1; Edward Boutress (Alan Boyer) petitioner.
