Master Electrician

An employee in this classification must be able to perform technical and skilled work at the Waste Water Treatment Plant in the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical, electronic, analog and digital control systems and instrumentation utilizing up to 4800 volts.

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited high school, GED or equivalent trade school.
o ORIGINAL diploma or official transcripts REQUIRED at time of application.
• Possess a Master Electrician license issued by the State of Michigan.
o License REQUIRED with application
• Three years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance of industrial, electrical, electronic and pneumatic equipment and control systems.
• Possess a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Michigan.
• Driving record must meet city’s standards for insurability.

Pay rate: $90,511/year (Flat Rate)
